No. It can't be done on this pattern. It will come out to be 9.7" by 13.9" no matter what. but I found a very nice one. It even says "God Bless". It is a 2 3/4 inch oval . Look up "cross mini" by Janlynn. It would make a lovely remembrance of the baby's baptism. Good luck with it and Congratulations!

Thanks for posting about this pattern. I apologize for the amount of time it took for me to answer, but I am afraid to say that Cory is correct about the sizing. It would significantly distort and take away from the image by making it so small. I will add this as an ideas file for future patterns and would like to point you to an alternative cross that I have which was originally made for a baby bib http://www.everythingcrossstitch.com/short-armed-celtic-cross-mrp-p46773.aspx?k2=m2036 Short Armed Celtic Cross. This was originally stitched on an aida bib by Zweigart similar to this shown here http://www.needleworkersdelight.com/BabyItems.html .
I wish you luck and bright blessings to you and your loved ones on this wondrous event.
