This company is located in Russia. Probably no luck in getting any information from them.

I did notice that they were in Russia and instructions hard to follow if you are new at needlework. Nice pattern though.

Since the company is in Russia you can probably forget getting help there. If it were me I would choose my own color of thread that looks good and blends into the picture. No one but you will ever know you did it unless you tell. I have done it several times when the color/symbol are missing or if the color called for isn't one I like there and choose one I do like. That is one thing I like about cross stitching - you can change things and "make it your own".
