Not enough thread
Purchased cross stitch project and floss but didn't get nearly enough following thread to complete project. Need much more oft the Dried Thyme. My customer #1075485! How do I get more, andI don't think I should have to pay lots more for shipping charges since it is not my fault that not enough was sent in original order to complete project. How can you help me?

I always check the customer reviews...this pattern has a review that tells of needing the extra skein of Dried Thyme... :)

Hello,

Just contact our Customer Service department either by phone and email and they will be able to help you with any issues regarding your order. The number is 800-800-8517 and the email is sales@everythingcrossstitch.com. Make sure to give them your order number so they can look up your order. The quantities we have on our website for the skeins of floss come right off of the chart itself so whatever the designer has printed on there is what we publish to the website. We also get this design from the distributor and not the designer so if there any issues or errors with the actual design, the designer needs to be informed so he or she can make the changes necessary.
