This is just the embellishment pack for the design by Sam Sarah Studio Designs. Thet are nicely charted and look great when completed! The chart is listed as "Farmer's Market Fresh Pear". It is available on this site. If you choose to order the pattern and the embellishment pack, often very tiny special-shaped buttons, you can call customer service for ECS at 1-800-800-8517, M-F, 8-5 EST.
They are wonderful and can let you know what fabric and floss will be needed!

I believe that the posting here is wrong, as it may be a photo of the pattern listed incorrectly as an embellishment pack. Mention this when you call ECS. The patterms for this company have baried prices amd the orive posted is close to their emnellishment packs,.while their pattrrns ramge from about $12-20.
