ECS is a retail distributor of Artecy Cross Stitch designs. You will need to contact Artecy by email at artecy@artecy.com. or at stitch@artecyshop.com

They are very responsive, but will need your address to send the pages. Don't forget to include what country it is, as Artecy is in Australia.

If you prefer to phone them, just repost on here. I just think that email is so less expensive than a phone call.

Beautiful picture. You've actually posted on chat message board. I believe the owner/designer of Artecy monitors our chats and often responds to questions / issues about her products. I'm sure she will see your post and give you a response. I believe that what you're needing is beyond what the ECS staff can do.

We can definitely help you out with this, since we do distribute Artecy patterns or you can contact Artecy via their website and I am sure they can do the same. It's up to you :) We will just need more information from you in order to proceed so you can either call us at 800-800-8517 M-F 8am to 5pm or you can email us at sales@everythingcrossstitch.com and just let the customer service rep know what you need. This artwork is by the artist Mark Keathley. He has some beautiful cross stitch patterns!

Under the description it lists Charles White as the artist. Hmmm..........

OOPs! My fault, it is Charles White. I got Mark Keathley's "Quiet Encounters" mixed up with Charle's print! Mistake must've been caused by the smoke inhalation from yesterday (See "Popcorn" chat).
(cough....cough) :)

I just finished this pattern last year. thanks for the information I have lost page 8. lol not that I plan on doing it again. took me 2 years.

Sorry I only just saw this message. This is our design. I am not sure if Everything Cross Stitch has already sorted it out for you. I am also not sure where you are located but if you are in the US it would be quicker for ECS to post to you as we are in Australia and it would take 10-15 business days to arrive.

If you have access to a printer I can email a copy of just these two pages to you for you to print, if you would like this option please email me at artecy@artecy.com to request it so I have your email address to reply to.
