I believe you can get the Rainbow Gallery Wisper Thread at 123stitch.com?! I am sure other stores carry it as well but I am pretty sure 123stitch.com has that line of thread available. And you can use whatever fabric you wish on the design :) We do not have that exact color available in at 28ct. fabric but we do have some close options. You can check out your fabric options on our fabric page. Just click on the link to your left under the search box that says "Cross Stitch Fabric" and you will be taken to our fabric section of the website. On the left side of that page, just click on the type of fabric that you would like to look at....Aida, Linen, Jobelan, etc... and from there you will get your counts and sizes.
