I had a few kits that I thought were missing colors but when I took the batch into a brighter lit room I saw the 'missing' colors had simply merged into a similar color. (Some are just so danged close!) Before you contact the company you may want to take a good look at the colors you've sorted.

If that is what happened it should help by counting the strands of each colour to see if there are extra of any🙂

If you are missing thread or need replacement thread, you can contact the manufacturer of the product and let them know and they should send what you are missing from their product. This is a Mill Hill kit so you would have to contact Mill Hill. Here is the link to their website: http://www.wichelt.com/. Just let them know what you are missing and they should get it out to you.
