other use for birth onnouncement
I was wondering if I could use this to attach to the bottom of a minky blanket instead of framing it. My daughter wants one of those birth announcement minky blanket, but I co not have an embroidery machine to make one.

This is just a pattern and it is just 5 X 7 inches. Other wise if you like to put it in the middle of a blanket

you can attach "waste fabric" to the blanket & stitch this pattern..

Please don't take this the wrong way that I'm laughing at you, because I'm not. But the first time I read your chat and came on the words "minky blankets" and asked myself, "What is a "minky" blanket?", I couldn't help but think of Peter Seller's in the Pink Panther movie either "The Pink Panther Strikes Again" or "Return of the Pink Panther" where Chief Inspector Clousou (Peter Sellers) is berating an accordion player that had a chimpanzee and Clousou would pronounce the word "monkey" as "the minky"! :)
