Go to the top of the message page and type in "Aida 14 count" and you'll see what the stitchers say about changing the size. Hope this helps you.

There is no Aida 28 count. If the pattern calls for 28 count, it will be an evenweave or a linen stitched over two threads which is the same as 14 count Aida.

MissKitty is correct. If you want to stitch a pattern on 14 count AIDA, you would cross stitch OVER ONE on the 14-count aida instead of cross stitching OVER TWO on 28-count fabric.
