I always add 6 inches to the length and 6 inches to the width of any finished project for framing. In this case you will need a piece of fabric 24 inches x 30 inches. Hope this helps.

ECS does have a fabric calculator. When you are looking at the image of a project you want to do, look to the left and you'll see a box labeled Fabric Calculator. Click on that and then enter the number of stitches both width and length. Enter the fabric count you are wanting to use & the size of border you want to have and then, Voila! You'll have the fabric size needed for your project. Hope this helps you.
