I have made an older version of this pattern. Well to be honest almost made it. I stitched it first and then sewed it together. Still need to quilt it but I think its very pretty. My kit came with the Shams so I don't know about ordering them. I plan on getting this one and then making my quilt reversible. May you can find some Iris pillow cases to stitch.
