I haven't done this and it is a beautiful design. On 18 count, it will be a big pattern and a lengthy project...it would take months to do, perhaps years. I only say this because you are planning to have it ready for a wedding.

I am not an employee of ECS, just an old stitcher in this chat group. After stitching in the hobby for 65 years, I truly think this would take me a very long time!

It is a really beautiful pattern. In looking it up, I noticed that it is stitched on white fabric. That will make all of the clouds look pure white and be quite stunning. On the other hand, the dark sky may have some white background threads show thru a little. If you use a dark background you will have the opposite problem -- the clouds may have a little show-thru but the sky will be really, really dark. It's mainly going to depend on how good the floss threads cover the background fabric. You might want to use a technique called "railroading" that some of the other ladies on this site recommend. I'm sure you could find a tutorial on u-tube to demo how it's done.

Good luck and enjoy!
