Hello, I was wondering what you meant by 2 pieces for a full/queen size. Wanting to maybe make this for my granddaughter and future husbands wedding gift.. kind regard Sabrina

When it says 2 pieces it means that you sew the 2 pieces together when done stitching to make a full/queen size quilt. If it came in one piece would be too large to manage while stitching the pattern. Hope this helps.
