I believe that is a kit not a pattern. It has everything to finish the cross stitch to be framed
It is all as I believe cross stitches. It said it is easy to follow instruction. Have fun

I would call customer service at 800-800-8517, M-F, 8-5, central time, as they can provide you with a more accurate answer than we stitchers on this chat. It is an expensive kit, made in Russia and, if customer service is not allowed to open kits, it might be hard to get an answer. Perhaps they can give you internet contact info for the company and perhaps you will.not have to write in Russian.

This is a kit made by RTO and unfortunately, we do not know what kind of stitches this chart includes. It comes to us by a distributor and we ship out to customers who order it, so we are unable to open the kit to see all of the details. The information about what the kit includes comes from our distributor and that's all the information we have. You could always contact the manufacturer, RTO, to ask this question. Since they are the ones who created it, they will have access to the chart itself to tell you what all is on it. Here is the website for RTO:
