Women Are Angels Pattern
This is great fun and a work in progress, but very easy. I always think "A pattern is just a starting place!" With this in mind, I have planned to add several additional things to this pattern including beads and real straw on the broomstick.

I plan to frame it so that those added items are not crushed by the glass.

At 70, I'm always looking for new things to do and Everything CrossStitch sure gives a lot of those.

With the aid of the low prices I have been able to supply other stitchers with items with which to make Christmas ornaments for those who will be spending their holiday in the hospital here or in a nursing home. We'll be working non-stop until then as there are so few of us, but it is well worth the effort.

I'm sure one of my ladies at the nursing home will love "Women Are Angels". It's just one of the joys of life to do something someone else will enjoy for a long time.

With sincere wishes for all your stitching to be fun and fulfilling;

Hi, Janeez2.

This was one I decided to do for me. I have been doing cross stitch and filet crochet for 50 years and I don't have a single piece I have ever done.

Mostly, my sister gets most of them, but friends and other relatives do too.

I think you'll enjoy this piece as it isn't a hard one to do and is effective in its statement.

May you have a blessed and wonderful day and receive the good which is yours for the acceptance.

Welcome, Pastor Carol! From one whose wings have been damaged--and repaired--repeatedly! :)

Where do you find the time as a pastor to do stitching? I too have given away more pieces than I've kept. Now I'd like to do some pieces for my three daughters. Thanks so much for the blessings! I'll take all I can get!

Thanks for the welcome. That was very nice.

I find time to do the things I love. If you don't do that, what you do with the rest of your time doesn't mean much.

Love life. Experience it. Take time for yourself. Take time to do for others. That's all the advice I can give you.

Many heartfelt thanks for a wonderful welcome to this chat!

Start your day with gratefulness and thanksgiving for all you have and all you can open your heart and receive!
