can't put an item in my cart
I am trying to order Eat, Drink and Be Merry along with the button pack. I can successfully put the pattern in my cart but the button pack will not seem to add to the cart. As well, is the floss available to purchase? I don't see the options as it usually is shown under the picture of the pattern.

If I were you I would wait until Monday when Kristi will be at work. She will list the floss (if Everything Cross Stitch carries it). That way you can order everything at one time. Just a stitcher who saw your posting.
PS Did you put a check next to the button packet on the left side?
Unfortunately the sale is only for the weekend...

leslee - I had this problem once and when I contacted ECS they stated that I needed to check everything off that I wanted to order before I hit the add to cart button. Try this and see if it works for you. If not, Kristi will be back on Monday and she can help you I am sure. I know how frustrating it is when you are in the mood to do some stitching shopping and things don't go right. Hope this helps.

I am sorry for your troubles getting this item ordered. I am not sure why you weren't able to add it to your cart, I tried it this morning and it worked fine for me? I did add all of the supplies for this design to the website so everything should be listed now. I apologize for the delay but we are not open on the weekends. Emails get answered during that time but message boards and phone calls don't get returned until Monday. Sorry!
