Search for missing pattern woven chair diamond pattern with little girl reading book 1978-1982
Lost the pattern to my unfinished project. Looking for possibly Leisure Arts pattern out of a book. Single wing chair with crisscross weave filled in with small stitched diamonds. A little girl in blue with short reddish hair is reading a book.

It looks so beautiful but the girl is only 1/3 finished. Would be so happy to track this down. My daughter born 1975 was working on it beginning 1978 - 1980. The book was black and white of course. Done on 18 count with one strand thread. Really need to find that pattern. Possible a floor lamp in it but my recollection is the beautiful design of chair and the girl curled on the right hand (facing). Thanks so much.

Martin_jadi, I have a huge collection of Leisure Arts hard bound books...all cross stitch patterns. These are books that were produced once a year with a collection of patterns. Most of mine are Christmas/holidays. I began collecting these in the early 80's. I do have some that are random patterns. I went through all of the books and don't see anything close to this pattern. I don't remember the pattern itself. I wish you luck. Continue to search, you NEVER know!!

Seems I had a For Girls Only and a For Boys Only back then. Wondering who made those books.

Sue Hillis Designs said it didn't look familiar at all to her.
