Hi,
One of the things you might want to do is to call the Everything CrossStitch "customer Service Dept." at 1-800-800-8517 tomorrow (Monday) and ask them if the chart has the name and phone number of the framing company that shows the frame they used on the chart picture. ECS is closed on the weekends but they have an excellent "customer service dept. here; Kristi who works at ECS does monitor this "chat" message board as well and may very well be able to help you out.
Another suggestion is to complete the pattern, then make sure you take your completed pattern to places such as Michael's, AC Moore, hobby Lobby, T.J. Max, even local "consignment" stores and look at the ready-made frames where you can lay your pattern carefully on top the some frames you like and see if the pattern will fit; remember the frame needs to be large enough if you are going to add matting or want your fabric to show all the way around without a mat; that's why I take my completed pattern with me.
I'm not a ECS employee but one of the stitchers who saw your "chat" on this ECS "chat-board". :)

Your welcome! My husband and I (with my completed projects in hand) went to a local " consignment " shop in our area and we're able to fing 3 frames for ten dollars. Be sure that when you pick out a frame, that the frame's DEPTH is deep enough to accept the pattern, the mounting board your project is attached to, the matting (if any) AND the depth of the glass ( if using glass) for everything to fit. Your project should no be up against the glass! Ask your local framing/craft store about using "spacers"; matting is many times used as a "spacer" to prevent the finished pattern from touching the glass.
