Cross stitch
How do I tell the difference in counted cross stitch and regular cross stitch? I want to do a wedding theme, but only regular embroidery and regular cross stitch. Help!!!!

pat, The term "counted" cross stitch means that you are given a pattern which usually shows stitches in "blocks" of ten. You find the center of the pattern, the center of your fabric by folding the fabric twice and begin your stitching there wherein you count the stitches. When you say "regular embroidery" are you asking for a pattern that is "stamped"?? (This is my guess.) In the pull down menu to your left on this screen...Click on "Stamped Projects"...When you go to that page, enter the word "Wedding". You will see four pages of choices sold by Everything Cross Stitch just for weddings. Some are patterns...some are kits....just click into each one and read the description. There are some Beautiful things!!! Best of luck....(I am just a Stitcher in this Chat Room...I don't work for ECS!)
