Yes it does. It includes everything that you need to create this. Instructions, chart, colour coded threads, two needles, cloth everything. And it turns out beautiful.

I found this piece to be very hard. Most of the stitches are half cross stitches which I didn't like doing. I never finished the piece....wish it was cross stitch verses half cross stitch.

Sorry, this was over two years ago and I threw the kit away.

Most kits will have everythiing you need to complete your project' needle, pattern, floss, thread chart, etc. The only thing you would probably need is a hoop or Q-snaps to put your material on.
