Done!
The house number on the pattern is 130, but our house is 102, so I changed it to fit. My husband and I got married later in life, and hope to be together for a very long time.

Beautiful! I think the blue matting was a perfect choice.

What a coincidence! I just finished the same one and got it ready for framing yesterday. I had the song "Grow Old Along With Me" played at our wedding 8 years ago and since we are both seniors, we had talked about sitting in our rockers and looking at the pictures we've taken when we can't get around anymore. This picture just fit the bill! I put our names on the backs of the rockers, changed the wording to just "Grow Old Along With Me, The Best Is Yet To Be", and put our wedding date at the bottom. It'll go to the framer next week. So Glad you loved the same picture.

Such an adorable pattern.....it looks great with the blue coloring, etc. Good job!

Great job! That looks fantastic. I agree, the blue mat really sets it off.

Beautiful work and framing. I thought about stitching it but in our case there is no growing old with each other - only OLDER! 70 and 74 and almost 50 years of marriage. The best that I could hope for is that I last long enough to finish the pattern. :)

LOL! , Texas!! You've got that right!! I just saw a cross stitch pattern last week that said," if you die before you have cross stitched every pattern in your "stash", you're stitching too slowly!"
