What is included?
Am I correct in assuming that since this is a Kit, the fabric, thread, as well as the chart are included?

That is correct. This is a counted cross stitch kit. The package contains a 14-count Aida cloth; 6 strand carded cotton floss; floss card; needle; graph and instructions.
