I purchased a tote
and it did not have a pattern with it. Is it possible that I can download a pattern for it.

I'm sorry but I am not really understanding your question. You purchased the design in the picture as a tote? I don't think we sell that specific design as a tote? That design is available as a leaflet or a cross stitch kit only and we do not have downloadable designs on our website. Did you purchase the tote from our website?!

I think you may have purchased this from a yard sale perhaps? This is not a tote. It is a cross stitch pattern which you usually stitch up and then frame. If you purchased it as a kit, it usually has fabric and pattern included with all of the thread you would need. Kristi, from ECS, is correct in that she will need more information in order to help you out.

Hello,

Since you purchased this item from a different place, you will have to get in contact with either the manufacturer of the tote or the place you purchased it from to get what you are missing for the product. We aren't a manufacturer of totes or kits, we do sell them on our website but we get them from a distributor, so any type of replacement supplies needed for a product would have to come directly from the person who made it.

If it was purchased from us directly, we would do our best to get you the item that you are missing for a product by either putting you in touch with the manufacturer or contacting our distributor to directly ship you what they didn't include with the item.

I apologize for not understanding the question in your original post but we do not have replacement items for kits or totes.

ECS is not useless!!! What you purchased has nothing to do with this company so why are you complaining to them. Go back to the craft store where you got it or contact the customer service dept. of the designing company. The address should be with the item you bought.

ECS is very good about taking care of things purchased from them. They are not responsible for what other companies do or not do.
