The finished size of this counted cross stitch pattern is 116 stitches by 160 stitches. That is what those numbers mean. They finish out to 8.29 inches by 11.43 inches when using 14 ct. fabric. That means there are 14 squares per inch on the fabric. Hope this helps.

Hi - These numbers you gave referred to the total stitches used in the graft pattern. Depending on the fabric ct. you'll be using will determent your finish size. To make this pattern "Grow Old With Me" you need to purchase your own fabric and floss. In the description box you can calculate the fabric ct. and see what the finish size will be for 14th,16,or 18th ct. fabric's. Hope this helps you.
