Weird problem - no arrows for finding center
I received the "Home for the Holidays" pattern in the mail Saturday and thank you for the super fast shipping! However, after looking high and low several times (and asking a friend to look too), I do not see the indicator arrows for horizontal and vertical in order to find the center. Could you possibly tell me if you see the arrows? If not and if they are missing from the pattern, can I return this pattern and switch it with another pattern from my wish list? Thank you so much for all your help!

Hello Valerie,

You would be correct that there aren't any arrows on this design. I am not sure why they are not there? But I printed it and only see the arrows on the alphabet chart and not the actual design chart. We will have to get into contact with Kooler Design Studio to let them know about this. Once they fix it and give us a new copy of the chart, we can correct it on our website.

As far as exchanging it out, I think we can accommodate that for you. I just don't handle customer order issues or requests via the message boards, so you will have to contact our Customer Service dept either by phone or email and see if you can get it exchanged. I will give them a heads up about your issue so they will know when you contact them :) Thank you for letting us know about this error and we will be contacting Kooler Design Studio to get the correction.

Oh and our contact info is: sales@everythingcrossstitch.com or 800-800-8517 Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

Thanks to both of you for your replies! I will check for that when I get home and see if those arrows are on my pattern. If not, I'll call Customer Service, Kristi. Thank you again! --Valerie

Can't you find the centre on your own? Because the graphs are in blocks of 10, you just need to count the number of 10 blocks up the side, add any single squares and divide by 2. So if your pattern has 153 squares , count up the side to 76 and draw an arrow. Do the same thing across the top or bottom and draw another arrow. Voila....now you can find the centre.

Ms. Bennett, I looked carefully when I got home from work and do not see any arrows where you said to look. Guess my copy just doesn't have them, much like what Kristi said about the other copies in the store. But I really appreciate your help!

Miss Kitty - yes, I've done that in the past on simpler projects. But since is a rather large sampler, with multiple pages, and I'm such a stickler about the pattern being correctly centered, I'm not comfortable doing that on this project. But thank you for your suggestion!
