Is there a problem using smaller count?
If I buy more than 1 pattern can I receive a discount?

Personally, I find ECS prices more than reasonable. I am sure if there was a discount to be had it would be posted. (Not an employee, just a stitcher enjoying the interaction on this site)

Hi, as for using a smaller count.. according to the information on this chart, on 14-count, over one square, your finished design will be 20 inches by 20 inches. If you want the finished design to be smaller, you could use a fabric that is a 16-count or 18-count. I would suggest that you use the Calculator located under the " Cross Stitch Fabric" title in the menu to your left. The calculator is located at the bottom. I love using fabric calculators because you can plug in all the numbers you need, i.e. Fabric count, how many squares you want to stitch over, how many inches of extra fabric you want for mounting and framing your completed design and it gives you an idea of the size you want! Hope this helps. :)
I'm one of the stitchers that saw your question on the chat. I'm not an employee of ECS.

Hello,

You can use whatever count of the fabric that you choose to for the a design. What's posted is what is recommended by the designer but as a stitcher, you can use whatever you are comfortable using.

As far as discounts go, we do not have any discounts for buying a certain amount of items. For the month of November, we have our Free Shipping promotion going on. So, if you are in the US and have an order of $30 or more, you get free shipping on your order.

We also have a coupon for first time customers. So, if you haven't already purchased something from our website, you can get a coupon code by signing up for our newsletter on the homepage of the website. Once you sign up, you will receive an email with a coupon code in it and that code will give you 20% your first order with us.

And we send out future coupon codes and sales in our newsletter so if you sign up for that, that is how you will receive other coupons and discount information for the future :) Hope this info helps!
