State Sampler Kit
Is this 3 state kit include what is shown or is it just the 3 or more states that you select? I guess my question is, does the border pictured the one that is part of the 3 state kit? Or are the 3 states separate and you create a border you like or put in a colage?

Well, this isn't a kit and is a just a leaflet/booklet so the supplies you will for it will have to be purchased separately. As for the design itself, this booklet is just the border designs only. It includes a border design for 3 states and a border design for 5 states. So, you can pick and choose which states you want to go where from Alma Lynne's State designs and this booklet is just the borders for them. Hope this helps?!
