Question about fabric
I previously bought this pattern and thread. I did not purchase the fabric indicated, because I have never cross stitched on that type of fabric. I opted to use a 14 count Aida. I am about 1/4 way done, and this stocking will be huge! Can anyone tell me what the fabric size should be if I opt to start over on 22 count Aida?

You would have to use 25 for it to be correct. If you can't find 25, use 26. It will be slightly smaller than the original pattern.

If you start over on the 22 count Aida, it will be about 8" x12" ...a much more manageable size.
The 25 count evenweave is not that different from stitching on the Aida...as long as you can see the smaller holes. A good light and magnifier will really help.
