Not happy with the pattern.


received the pattern for Lilac Romance today and it is not the pattern I looked at on your selections. I'am not happy with the product at all and find the graphs most difficult to follow. Sorry to report this to you, but I don't plan to do the cross stitch lilacs. Millie Casey

Everything Cross Stitch provides excellent customer service. THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE TO FILE A COMPLAINT. The Chit Chat is for stitchers (non-employees) to share helpful hints and ideas. If you are unhappy with a product you should contact the Customer Service Department. Have the packing slip that came with your purchase available. Mistakes are corrected very quickly.

PS -- Aside from the fact that you received the wrong item I am surprised that you would find this graph difficult to follow. ARTECY patterns are very popular. They always get great reviews.

Hopefully you have contacted our Customer Service department regarding your order. They will be able to assist you in getting a return set up if you would like that done.

According to the receipt for your order, you purchased a different lilacs design (SKU 1464) and not the one that is pictured in this post. If we sent you something different than what is typed up on your receipt, please contact our Customer Service department so they can correct that for you. If you ordered the wrong design and meant to order what is pictured in your post here, then also, please contact our Customer Service department so we can get an exchange or refund arranged for you.
