Light of love
A week or so I posted a message on this site.
As yet I have not heard from you. It was in regard to the kit ' Light of Love
I was very displeased with the presentation of the threads. They were in such a tangled mess I could not work with them. I bought another kit and the same was true. I am very disappointed that you would let a thing like this tarnish your reputation as a retailer.
Thanks for immediate response.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.

The chit Chat is basically a column for non-employees to share ideas and helpful hints.

If you have an issue with a particular product you could try contacting Customer service. However, your best bet is to contact the manufacture. of the kit directly. You should find that information inside the kit. ECS does not put the kits together -- they come already put together from their distributor.

Sorry, if this is not the answer you had hoped form. There have been many complaints about Dimensions products. There must be a lot of stichers who like these patterns because a lot of them are still being SOLD

In my opinion, other than carrying Dimensions kits, ECS has excellent Customer Service.

I have never had anything but excellent customer service when I have ordered from Everything CrossStitch. As the previous poster noted, any problems with a kit should be taken up with the manufacturer of that product. ECS is a retailer only and does not package the kits. It would be the same as if you purchased the kit in any store. Dimensions kits are notorious for poor quality threads and I have experienced what you have when purchasing one.

I don't think it was "unfair" to ask why a dealer would continue to have an inferior product. Maybe not a lot of people have complained about the state of the thread.

Dimensions has some of the most beautiful patterns available, and therefore continue to sell.
It may be that not enough people have complained to Dimensions rather than the company who carries their products.

Usually when a producer has enough complaints, they will try to take care of the problem. Then there are those who think people will continue to buy so there is no reason to try to absolve the problem.

I wish you luck in trying to find a solution to this. Please be sure to be one of those complaining to Dimensions. Let's all be part of the solution!

Blessings and Peace;

Hello Ruth,

I apologize but I did not see your original posting about this issue. I try to stay on top of the message boards as best as I can but sometimes I can overlook things so I apologize. With that being said, please understand that our website is strictly a retailer and not a manufacturer. That means, we sell cross stitch products but we do not produce or make them. We are a store like Michaels or Hobby Lobby but just strictly online.

I am sorry to hear your disappointment with this product and I can understand your frustration. We have heard many complaints about Dimensions kits but we have also heard plenty of good things about them as well. If you are unhappy with a purchase you made on our website, you are more than welcome to return the item to us for a refund. Our return policy and instructions are located in the Customer Service tab at the top of the page. It's very easy to return a product to us and once we receive it, we will refund the amount back to you.

As for the product itself, if you want to let Dimensions know how unhappy you are with the product they produce, you can reach them via their website:
