I'm sorry for the issues you are experiencing with emailing our Customer Service. We try our best to respond to our customers in a timely manner and it's very unusual for someone not to hear something back from us. I am not sure why you haven't received a response...it could be a number of things but I apologize that you haven't received a reply from us. As far as ordering and shipping, orders placed during weekends do not get processed until we are back in the office on Monday and orders can take anywhere between 2-4 business days to go out with the exception of fabric. Fabric orders take an extra 2-3 days on top of our normal shipping time because we have to order the fabric directly from the manufacturer and those orders take a little longer to get to us. The extra 2-3 days statement is listed on our fabric page for fabrics that we have to specifically order like 16, 18 and 20ct. Aida fabrics and the linens as well. It's not uncommon for a fabric order to take a week to ship out and we do apologize for that delay. As soon as your order ships out, you should receive an email with your tracking number so you can track your order. Again, I apologize for the issues.
