Yes, I CAN SEE you yelling and tossing things at the TV! :)

DD's in laws buy season tickets for the Rangers every year and have such a difficult time getting family members to use them. Nobody feels like going. It's just too hot here. Not even my GD wants to go. If you are available on short notice ............. :)

I am with you all. Got to see my Cubs play 2 Spring Training games this weekend. Also watched a Yankees game because my favorite player from the Cubs (Starlin Castro) got traded to the Yankees a couple of years ago. He is one of their best players.

Will be making my plans soon for my yearly trip to Wrigley Field. My son a real "diehard" Cubs Fan lives close to Chicago so he goes several times a year.

Come on Spring!!!

Seattle has the MLB Mariners, Everett (25 miles north of Seattle) has the Aquasoxs, and Tacoma (25 miles south of Seattle) has the Rainiers. The Aquasoxs (Frogs) and the Rainiers (after Mt. Rainier) are minor league teams for the Mariners. Sometimes a Mariner star player will be sent to one of these teams for rehab.

DH and I went to one Mariners game against the San Diego Padres in Seattle. We later went to see the Arizona Diamondbacks play in Phoenix against the San Diego Padres while visiting with friends from Blythe, CA. Randy Johnson got his third Cy Young award that night.

We also went to the Mariners spring training facilities in Peoria, AZ one time. Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is across the street from the stadium. Just what the doctor ordered!

Go Mariners!

Am counting the days until the Red Sox "home opener" on April 3...

I am a diehard fan of the "Boys of Boston" and love Fenway, the oldest ballpark in MLB. This year marks its 105th season!

As the cost of tickets exceeds my budget, I watch the games on TV, cross stitch project in hand. Baseball and cross stitch - great pairing!

To all lady baseball fans, enjoy the season!

As a kid, I remember laying on the floor in front of the TV and watching baseball. I don't watch it anymore! Sad how sometimes we grow out of things. I think back to those carefree days with a smile. One day my husband and kids may just come in the house and I will be laying on the floor in front of the TV once again watching baseball, wouldn't that be something! I do love watching the movie 61* this time of year!

Being RV'er it hard to keep track of our favorite sports teams.....Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies.....but since we'll be spending the summer about 40 miles north of Philly we're hoping to get to a game or two. They have a semi-pro ice hockey team here in Corpus Christi....our winter home.....and about a month ago I won 2 tickets to a game. Hubby and I had never been to a hockey game. Another couple who also won a pair of tickets have been to many so they gave their tickets to our friends and we went to the game two weeks ago. Loved it!! Now we have discovered something to do when we come down here next winter!
