floss
when I orderd a pattern it popped up and asked if I wanted to order the floss for that pattern....when I went to order another pattern, it didn't ask.....how can I order the needed floss for this project?

Hi sophies53,
If this is the pattern that you are looking to find the floss for, it may not be listed BUT Kristi from EVerything CrossStitch will probably see your chat and will probably be able to put the floss list up for you to buy.
OR if you go to the top of this "chat" message board, tap on the "customer Service" title, then tap on the "Contact Us". The next screen will give you their phone number OR use the e-mail form that is there with your request.
ECS has so many patterns, kits and such, many times they can't get the floss lists up fast enough.
ECS customer service is excellent!
I'm NOT an employee of ECS, but one of the stitchers that saw your chat! It is a nice looking pattern. :)
