Hello Dorothy,

The 30 x 30 the designer is giving you is the approximate size of the dinosaurs on the leaflet. The leaflet does not give the actual dimensions for each dinosaur on the chart. You would have to count which ones you want to stitch on the gridded chart and then go from there but that's why the designer gives you the approximate height and width of them with the 30 x 30. If that's the approximate sizing and you're using 14ct. Aida then take 30 divided by 14 to get your inches.

30 divided by 14 = 2.14 so each dinosaur would be around that size when stitched (2.14" x 2.14") Some may be a little bit bigger than that and some may be a little bit smaller but that's the approx. size for them.
