Love, love, love
Did this one years ago and love it to this day!!!! Some of the lace was a bit difficult but I would love another one with lace on it as it is beautiful. Is there another one similar?

It is lovely. I am just a stitcher but I noticed you can click on the mfg. Lavender and Lace from the picture you posted and see more of their patterns. Maybe someone from ECS could help but if you haven't seen these yet that might be a place to start. It is very sweet. Great work! Thank you for sharing it.

This is so adorable. I wish I had a reason to do this one...

Just curious, but is the lace cross stitched or another stitch?

Thanks

Hello....I am a big "Lavender & Lace" fan! If you go to the "Told in a Garden" website (this is Marilyn Imblum's site)...on her home page scroll down where it lists designs and you will see "children". She does have one named Isabella's garden which the name of another one of her grand children. It is also very sweet...also...there is a Children's Garden listed which is more like a sampler. She lists about ten designs that she considers to be in the "Children's" category. I am currently working on her design of Nantucket Rose! (I am a Stitcher in the chat room.) Hope this helps you!!

P.S. Lovetostitch - All of her designs are mostly cross stitches. If you look at Nantucket Rose up close, you may be able to see that around the bottom of her "shawl" there are two vertical single stitches all the way around the bottom to give it the look of being hand made. She was such a wonderful designer that the placement of lace stitches made them look like they were something different! Not long ago I worked "Enchanted Alphabet" on 32 count "Raw Opalescent Belfast Linen". It turned out beautifully!!!
