Curious and at a loss
Hi.

I have a question about the Twilight Silhouette kit. My friend and I purchased the kits through Amazon and we thought they were just absolutely beautiful, however when we started them we discovered that the aida cloth wasn't big enough for the pattern and there wasn't enough thread. The aida cloth isn't to big of an issue but we can't complete the picture without more thread could you please tell me what the threads name is and if it isn't DMC could you provide me with the conversion.

Thank you

Laurene

I am not an employee of Everything Cross Stitch, but once I've had my coffee, I'm sure I'll be "curious and at a loss", too.

What size is the Aida cloth that came with the kit?

Hello Laurene,

I am sorry to hear about your issue with this kit. Unfortunately, we are not the manufacturers of this kit. We are an online retailer who sells this particular kit so we do not have any supplies or replacement pieces for it. The manufacturer of this kit is Dimensions and I can give you their contact info so you can contact them and let them know the issues you are having with their product. I am sure they will be more than happy to replace what you need to correct the problem?! Here is their information to contact them:

Anybody curious as to WHY so many apparently intelligent people want customer service from nice people that they aren't customers 'of'? This is a Monday morning question that should only be addressed by those thoroughly "coffee-d".... :)

More coffee, please! :)

Because they cannot get such good customer service anywhere else.

GREAT ANSWER! :)

A really good reason to purchase your kits only from a retailer who will actually be there to answer your questions and help you when you need help. Like here!
