I am writing for my sister she just bought the pattern but the direction are not in English.. was wondering where or how and we get them

Everything CrossStitch is closed on weekends but you can call them on Monday at 1-800-800-8517, their customer service department is terrific!

You will probably have to contact the manufacture. Janlynn is an American company. Wonder why directions are not in English. FRUSTRATING, I am sure.

Hello,
That is very strange. Janlynn is the manufacturer of this product, so you will have to contact them to get a correct version of the instructions. I know they usually put a few different sets of instructions in different languages in their kits, so maybe the English version was just left out? That would be my guess. Here is their contact information:

Just let them know what product you have of theirs and what you are missing and they will take care of it for you :) Thank you!
