This kit is made by Dimensions. Their instructions will be in English but as far as where they manufacture their products, I have no idea?! The company that owns Dimensions, Simplicity, is located in the states but again, I am not sure where they produce and manufacture their products. We are just an online retailer of these kits. This item is a stamped item and per the description the white fabric inside of the kit will come printed with the design on it so you just stitch over the printed areas. It comes with everything you need to complete the design.
