I also made another wedding announcement for a son and DIL. Cannot remember the name. Doing them gives me great joy especially when I see them in their homes. Our son and DIL have been married 28 years. But unfortunately, our DIL passed away in July from metastatic breast cancer.

It is a lovely pattern. Your daughter in law took much pleasure from your labor of love, I am sure. I look at it from time to time. I so dislike stitching with white and that is what has deterred me.
