This is the Spirit of Winter by Heaven and Earth Designs. Always one of my favorites of their designs. Stitch count is 350w x 436h and suggested fabric is 25 count over one thread. It will depend on the fabric count you want to stitch it on how big it will be.

The size will be 14" wide by 17.44 high.
Then you decide size of margins. Your framer will appreciate 3". He needs room to frame!
Your fabric should be 20" wide by 23.44" high (I'd use 24"!).

If you have the stitch count (shown as 350 wide by 436) on the item's page listed as 436 high) and the Fabric count (on item's page as 25 count over one. You just do simple math by dividing each Stitch count by Fabric count. I recall it by thinking of San Francisco or (S over F) Stitch over Fabric.
