You need to contact Customer Service. Maker sure that you have your order information available.

Hello,

I'm sorry, but we can not add items to an order that has been placed. The reason is because when an order is completed, an authorization is put on your credit card and it cannot be increased. But Don't Worry! If you forgot something, just give us a call or an email and we will get it situated for you :) Thanks!
