This is counted cross stitch.
At the home page for ECS, just at the begining, click on stamped kits and stitchables. All other designs ate counted cross stitch.
It amazes me that only a century has passed from the days when mostly women created their work freehand ( no patterns at all). They got symmetry down pat!
