The instructions shows the E is for 3346 Hunter Green but I did not receive that color and when I look on the list of thread needed 3346 is not listed

You need to contact the Customer Service Dept. at ECS on Monday and let them know about the floss number not listed. They are very good about taking care of their customers.

This might be an error on the designers end. You will more than likely have to contact Sue Hillis via her website or she might have a list of errors/corrections for her designs on her website and this one might be listed?! Here is her website info:
