Drink Wine Apron
What embroidery stitches are used in this apron? If a #6 crewel needle is required, does that mean it's crewel work, not embroidery? Thank you.

Since the design is stamped on a cotton fabric, not an evenweave you will need a sharp tipped needle to pierce the fabric as you stitch it....crewel needles are sharp where tapestry needles are blunt.
From the picture, it looks like the design is all or mostly cross stitch.
