I love this too. The older pictures like old Currier & Ives prints or lithographs are truly amazing. I like to view them, regardless of the topic. I feel as though these are often rejected by younger folks as "too old-fashioned".

I love to stand a bit back, not too far, but 4-6 feet. I take in the entire piece and enjoy it from edge to edge. Then, I get up very close to a print/lithograph and look for all the details. Usually, there's a lot! I found two dogs, but it took me a while to find your 3, Jacquie!

Imagine the fun stitching it !! Oh the headaches when finding out you have used the wrong colour!! But what a treasure when completed. It would have pride of place anywhere.
