Is it already sewn together?
I'm thinking this will be hard to work if the back is already in place. Anyone have experience with one of these? Thanks!

I believe that this is just the back. It allows you to take your finished stitched design on an 18X18 inch (plus additional seam allowance) and sew this to the back (with right sides together). When you sew to the seam allowance and then turn it right side out, your casing is ready to insert a purchased 18x18 pillow form. Once the pillow form is inserted and the case is zipped you are ready to use/display your work. It's really quite nice to have the zipper already attached.

That is "handy"! And, as much as I hate zippers... :)

I learned not to hate zippers, but I now I simply don't like them! I adjusted my attitude after I finally found a machine accessory that was advertised more than 40 years as an attachment to provide a foot to use while inserting what was a "new" sewing thing --- the invisible zipper. I not only use this plastic foot for other stitching in close quarters. I would buy this pillow back in a second, if I do another pillow.
