It is quite easy to post a picture of a pattern. However Kristi, has to enter the floss and other supplies one item at a time. As you can imagine, this is quite time consuming. She never gets caught up. However, if you are interested in a particular pattern just post a note on the Chat or contact Customer Service and your request will be given a priority listing without obligation.

Yes it is frustrating, but the customer service here rocks, and as NANCYE G said, a quick request left here or to customer service and Kristi will get it done lickity split! Very often the same day you ask.

We do apologize for not having a supply list for every single pattern but please know that this is a task that we are always working on. With the amount of patterns we have and the amount we keep adding, the amount is never ending so the task is very time consuming and I do work on lots of other projects here at ECS. If there is ever a supply list that you would like to see because one isn't available, just post something on here or email us and we will get one posted as soon as we can.

With this design, we will not have all of the supplies for it available as stated per the description, this design uses Weeks Dye Works #5 thread, DMC #5 Floss and Crescent Colours #5 and since we do not have majority of the supplies available, a supply list won't be posted for it on our website. The design will come with a color key so you will be able to see what supplies you need. But since we do not have a majority of the items, I can't post a supply list. Sorry!

I don't expect that supplies be listed-it's rare to find and for the last 35 years I've pretty much done it myself. It's nice to have especially if the supplies for one pattern are flushed out but not another similar one. Thanks for the feedback.
