Nancye G I think it will appear in our e-mails tomorrow morning. Not positive but think that is what I read. Have a couple things I am thinking of ordering so will be patient for the coupon.

I received the coupon in an ECS newsletter e-mail today.

Yep, just checked my e-mails and the coupon is there under the title ‘Black Friday Mystery ECS coupon and I have a code number. I wouldn’t worry, I got mine at 6 pm tonight. Check your ‘delete’ items folder; I’ve sometimes deleted my e-mails like Mad and Inadvertantly hit the ‘delete’ button by accident then had to go digging around in my e-mail ‘trash can’ to retrieve it.

I did not see my newsletter in my email. I was like coupon for Black Friday and cross stitch -- wahoo!!! I went through my email and did not see an email. Maybe tomorrow!!

I still don't get weekly e-mails. It stopped several years ago.

djhmom55 -- is it possible that you accidently blocked it from your address book? Contact Customer Service and ask them about it. Maybe you can re-register or use an alternate email address.

Tried that quite awhile ago, & customer service thought they had it fixed, but no. I don't get weekly notices, so I just check the website at least once a week.

I'm with djhmom55. I signed up to receive the newsletter, received a coupon for signing up, and that was that. Never received a newsletter. After several e-mails back and forth with customer service I was told I did not have a valid e-mail address. So I just gave up. I just need to remember to check facebook or their web page once a week.
