I don't really understand your question. I am guessing that you mean 'how do I delete a pattern from an order'. This chat page is not directly connected to the office. People on here are just fellow stitchers. You need to either call the office or send an email before 5 PM (when they close). Hope this helps. Karen

I am technologically challenged, but I read in another message that at the top of this page and at the top of the home page there is a Customer Care thingie. When you click on it (which I did), you will find an email form and also the phone info so that you can communicate with the office. Karen

If it's your cart, there's a tiny trash bin to the right of product...just click.

If it's your wish list, there's an x next to "remove"...click it. :)

I actually did this pattern for a gift this year. I stitched it on 32 count opalessant fabric, then also used glissen gloss in with the green, & a few other places to enhance it some more. Turned out great!
