You would need to copy the pattern as a mirror image. That should reverse it for you.

Darling pattern. I too like my stockings the opposite direction.
I went to Fed Ex (they have printing) and they were able to mirror the pattern I had (I wanted to reuse a birth announcement but wanted it a little different for the 2nd grandson, same family). While I was there they enlarged it. The only problem I had, was the lettering had to be redone.
